Today you are one step closer to a new you where you feel empowered and on a positive path to growth and well-being.
As a psychologist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While you can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work closely together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, you will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in individual and couples therapy, and I maintain a private practice in Campbell, CA.
I earned a Doctorate of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited graduate program at the American School of Professional Psychology in Orange, CA, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Santa Clara University. Since 2004, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings, from college counseling centers to primary care clinics. With over seven years experience as a clinical psychologist, I am currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among my areas of interest are treating common issues such as depression, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma, relationship difficulties, stress management, work/life balance, sexual dysfunctions, dream analysis, and working with LGBTQ individuals and individuals in polyamorous relationships.
I strive to be a flexible, compassionate, and attentive therapist. My therapeutic approach is to provide insight, support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With thoughtful consideration and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
In addition to being a therapist, I have presented at conferences and trainings, such as at the California Psychological Assocation Annual Conference in 2014. I enjoy supervising and mentoring interns and pre-licensed therapists who are in the early stages of their career. I have also pursued my passion in teaching courses focused on the practice of psychology in local graduate programs, such as the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
